Learn while you earn
The Investment works exactly the same except once the Plane joins the clients fleet under lease, you then join their school as a student member, and the hourly return on your investment which is invoiced and paid monthly to the JV Company covers the cost of your flying – this is based on the tacho measured hours that the plane is used for each month
There are a number of ways in practice this can work but typically we would look to arrange with the Flying school who is leasing your plane to make you a member and allow you to learn to fly at a discounted rate
After you have learned to fly you can simply carry on earning from the plane investment and use the plane as a member of the club, or choose to extract and sell the plane
You get your flight training effectively for free…. And a long-term plane Investment opportunity with fantastic ROI’s beyond your flight training
*Not every client that a plane is placed with can provide training in this way so this is something that we need to design into your ‘deal in a box’ when we start building the deal
