With ever decreasing traditional investment yields and the looming gavel of government taxes and regulatory constraints making for a bleak outlook, it is not surprising that those of us looking for some security are a little lost. Money in the bank? Well we may soon be paying them for the privilege. Stocks and Shares, not for the feint hearted, and property… Well the last bastion of hope could be in for a very rocky ride if the inevitable tax raid on capital gains and the increased compliance and tax rules are anything to go by.
JPI was born from this very dilemma, our Directors who are also seasoned Property Investors happened upon a unique idea while chewing over this very problem; how to increase yield and protect investment with reduced GDV’s, down valuations on commercial lending, and the increasing challenges of government polices seemingly weighted against the Landlord. As Pilots and Aviation enthusiasts As well as Property Investors, a light bulb moment came along while arranging a lease for one of our own private aircraft which was not being used. What if this could be an investment model in of itself?
And so JPI was born, a one of a kind totally unique concept. Ok, quite a bit of commercial effort went in to developing a practical and viable model that would provide you the Investor with a truly turnkey investment, but the concept has been an enormous success.
